Search around 1,400 foods from the Portuguese food composition table and enter amounts the way patients think: 2 slices, 1 yogurt. A side panel shows what is left to reach the target. Several options per meal for the patient to pick from, or a plan per day. Saved meals, PDF and a shopping list built from the patient's picks. It saves as you go.
